Summer Youth Classes

Day: Tuesdays

Time: 4:30-5:30 p.m.



6 week program held on Mondays that will further challenge your teenager's stamina, cardiovascular strength, and stability. 



Strength Inside Out

Days and Times:

Mon - Fri: 430p-730p

Sun: 10a-12p


45-60 minute session that focuses on fitness, yoga and mindfulness.
